Hello my name is Faith Kaumbuthu I have already reported my items 2 months ago I spoke to an agent and I gave her my reference number but she hasn’t come back to me.I really need my items that I lost outside of the station on a bench as I had to use the bathroom.The items was on a brown cardboard box . The items were a wallet , having cash $2000, purse with my ID and social security card and other items ,Chinese cake,and makeup and gray bibles and a black and gold hair wrap very long.Please help me in finding my items I really need them thank you.

  2. What a coincidence. Someone found my cellphone that I dropped after getting out of a cab at the South Station bus terminal on Monday. She dropped it off at the Amtrak train station, however, whenever I call I get conflicting stores. I was told to file a missing item report online via their website. I am furious at how rude everyone is, despite the fact that I was able to track my phone via “Find my phone” that immediately showed up at the “Summer Street” terminal.
